Our cookie puffs are baked continuously throughout the day on site to ensure freshness. The cream filling is blended daily to retain the natural freshness, and only filled into the cookie puffs upon customer orders. Puffy custard creams are blended with our innovative cream making machine, the high heat and instant chilling in the machine without any direct handling ensures that the cream is at its freshest.
